When you're right you're right and you're right

"If she took 1 hour away from the 8 hours a day she spend on facebook, she could play."

I'm paraphrasing a bit, but this is the general idea of something my best friend said about me.

I got really upset, which could be partially due to my current uterus rating of not awesome, but after thinking a bit, I think its because I know, somewhere deep inside the recesses of my brain, that she's not wrong.

Not really. I spend entirely too much time on facebook.

I spend enough time on facebook that I am legitimately neglecting living my life.

I hate that. I hate facebook.

Will I delete it?

No.

Will I cut back on my facebook usage substantially.

Without a doubt. 

Starting tonight, I check facebook once a day and for no more than 15 minutes.

Done and done.
